We recommend that you read these carefully before placing an order.

3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Trovane webshop.

4. Offer & prices

  • All products we offer are authentic designer items , sourced from overstock and outlet.

  • Prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

  • Trovane reserves the right to change prices and product information.

5. Order & payment

  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

  • We accept the payment methods as listed during checkout.

  • In case of abuse or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to refuse an order.

6. Delivery

  • We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and other EU countries, unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery time: on average 2–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped via a third party carrier with tracking.

  • Exceeding a delivery term does not entitle you to compensation.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt .

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and with labels and proof of authenticity.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defectively.

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

8. Authenticity

  • All products offered are 100% authentic.

  • Proof of authenticity is included with every purchase.

9. Liability

  • Trovane is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.

  • Colors and materials may differ slightly in reality from the photos on the website.

10. Complaints

  • If you have a complaint, you can contact us at info@trovane.com .

  • We handle complaints as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days.

11. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Trovane and may not be used without written permission.

12. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Trovane is established.
