Authenticity & product information

Are all bags authentic?
Yes, every bag is 100% authentic. We buy directly from trusted suppliers of overstock and outlet stores. You'll always receive proof of authenticity and, where possible, original accessories (such as a dust bag or tags).

Are the products new or used?
Our offer consists of:

  • Overstock : new, unworn bags from previous collections.

  • Pre-owned : carefully selected second-hand items in excellent condition, with a clear description of the condition.

Do the products match the photos exactly?
Yes, but slight color variations are possible due to screen settings. For pre-owned items, we describe any signs of wear as accurately as possible.

What does pre-owned mean at Trovane?
Pre-owned means the bag has been used previously. We select only items in excellent condition and describe any signs of wear in detail.

Do the bags come with original packaging and accessories?
Where possible, yes (e.g., dust bag, tags). If not, we'll clearly state this in the product description.

How do you select which bags go into the shop?
Our team carefully checks each piece for material, stitching, hardware, and labels. Only styles that meet our quality standards are included in the collection.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shopify Payments, among others. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Can I pay for my order afterwards?
Yes, through available payment providers (depending on your country). You'll see the options during checkout.

Can I order by phone or email?
No, all orders are processed through our webshop. This keeps everything secure and organized.

Can I reserve or pre-order a bag?
No, reservations are not possible. Our selection is often limited and changes quickly. We recommend ordering immediately if you like something.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
On average, 2–5 business days in Belgium and the Netherlands. For other EU countries, this may take slightly longer.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can I have my package delivered to a collection point?
Yes, at checkout you can choose between home delivery or a collection point (depending on the carrier).

What are the shipping costs?

  • Below: €7.95 within Belgium and the Netherlands


Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order. The product must be unused, with tags and proof of authenticity still attached.

Are returns free?
No, return costs are for the customer, except in case of errors or damage upon delivery.

What happens if my return does not meet the conditions?
If a return is damaged, used or incomplete, we cannot refund the amount (in full).
