If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you can easily return your order under the conditions below.
🕐 Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After reporting your return, you then have 14 days to return the product to us.

📬 Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn and undamaged .

All original labels, brand tags, protective sleeves and packaging are intact.

The item is in saleable, new condition .
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
⚠️ Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons , earrings, underwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned. Personalized items are also excluded from returns.
🚚 Returns process

You will receive the return address and shipping instructions from us.

Please pack the item carefully and return it within 14 days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged upon receipt.
💳 Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
If your return does not meet the stated conditions, we may refuse it and not issue a refund.
📦 Damaged or incorrect delivery
If you receive a damaged item or a product that doesn't match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trovane.be. , along with clear photos. We will then provide a suitable solution.
