Shipping & Delivery – Trovane

1. Delivery time

Belgium & Netherlands: 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
Other EU countries: Average 3–7 working days depending on destination.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

2. Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over €150.
For orders below this amount: €7.95(BE & NL).
For EU deliveries outside BE/NL, valid shipping costs are visible at checkout.

3. Shipping partner & tracking

All orders are shipped with reliable carriers(such as DHL or PostNL).
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking numberby email.
Deliveries are always insured and with signature for receiptwhere possible.

4. Packaging

Bags are carefully packed and – if available – delivered with original packaging and dust bag.

With the gift option, items are luxuriously wrapped.

5. Exceeding the term

While we strive for delivery within the agreed timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays. This does not entitle you to compensation.
